Returns Policy
You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will send a replacement and you won’t need to return the original.
For size-related replacements, we will arrange a pickup from your location.
For all other returns:
- If returning up to 2 items, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If returning more than 2 items, you’ll be responsible for our shipping and handling costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days)
- Processing your return once received (3–5 business days)
- Your bank’s processing time for the refund (5–10 business days)
If you wish to return an item, please contact us with your order number and product details. We’ll provide clear instructions for returning your item.
Shipping
We can ship to most addresses worldwide; however, some items or destinations may have restrictions.
When placing an order, we’ll estimate your delivery date based on item availability and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and rounded up to the nearest full pound, based on our carriers’ policies.
